GreenPoint Hotel Kissimmee

Excellent service. Our experience in this hotel was wonderful and for the price, it's the best deal you could ever find. They have free breakfast and I mean good breakfast. They have a gym. They have a beautiful pool. The rooms are clean. The customer service is super nice and they even have a playroom for the kids. We had an awesome experience. If you're going to travel to Florida and you're going to Disney especially, this is the hotel to book.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and had an excellent experience each time. The first time was just a solo overnight stay, and the second time was for a 4 night Disney vacation with my kids. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and there is a good selection for breakfast. My kids enjoyed the game room and toys. It's close to the parks which was great for us, but I would recommend this hotel even if you are not headed to Disney.

Great location! Short distance from Disney. There were lots of restaurants, stores, and gift shops nearby. The rooms were pretty clean, but nothing fancy. Has a good pool area as well. They could definitely work on the service. We needed to check in late and called for hours on our way there, but never was able to get through on the phone. Overall it's a good choice for the price, but if you want something super nice, it's not for you. Ended up being a great, budget friendly choice for our trip.

You have to know that there is a hidden resolt fee of 20$ per day (another hotel I stayed in Orlando charged me 25$ per day, so it is not the highest rate). This hotel is clean and a good place to stay. They provided hot coffee and ice 24/7, and it made me really happy during my stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and enough amount of clean towels were provided. The breakfast was not great but acceptable. Employees were nice, but they were sometimes out of the front desk (I could check in over midnight but couldn't reach them at 9 P.M. someday during stay). Overall, this place is recommendable.

Hi We stayed here for 14 nights on a family vacation, couldn’t fault the hotel. All was kept clean daily, grounds were spotless, well maintained. Breakfast was good value for money, staff couldn’t help you enough on any aspect. Enjoyed the pool and it was also well kept. After 2years waiting due to COVID it was such a great place to stay and would definitely return. Also plenty of parking for our hired vehicle, security on at night.

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GreenPoint Hotel Kissimmee. We stayed here for 6 nights and would certainly come back again. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are clean, and the landscaping is good as well. The morning breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day! When we booked, we weren't sure if we would spend time between Universal and Disney. We ended up spending all 5 days at Universal, and the drive from this hotel was fine. Lastly, the pool was clean and enjoyable, and they have a variety of games for kids in their central area. Would have loved to use the exercise room but didn't have time. It's clear that the management pays close attention to details and the staff was friendly and helpful. They earned 5 stars! Thank you!
